| Tough 20 minute tempo run. I was with Taylor the whole time except the last 5 minutes I slowed down for like 2 minutes then sped up to pace again. And by pace I mean quite a bit faster than a 7:40-7:30. Feelin good! I also went to weights today afterwards. |

| The VO2 max went so well!! I ran with Lily because her watch does the on/off pacing and my watch is messed up and the pacing and mileage is off. BUT! I got 8 laps and about 200 m!!!:D Thats wayyyy better than last time and I actually felt good too! And then 3 miles in the afternoon were nice. I finally got to drive to practice. -.- |

| What a fun adventure run! I kinda died after the long hill. It ALWAYS gets me!! I am getting a b-12 shot soon. It's been about 3 weeks! I kept up with the boys until then and then ran with TayTay and Rachel and then we finished the run with them as well. Good run. |

| I liked the workout today. We ran 2 miles with a 6:36 pace. Me and Tay had a hard time keeping the pace. The first mile was like 6:45-50 and the second mile was probably 7:15-20. We tried though. Next time I'll be able to do it;) |

| So I had a zero yesterday because I went and hiked the Narrows in Zion. We hiked about 9-10 miles in the river. My ankle was a little sore but felt better today. The workout was tough and I was only 7 seconds off my pace(2:10). We did 500m hill repeats(x4). I didn't run yesterday so I ran 3 miles after I did weights at the gym today. I'm really excited for the 10 mile run tomorrow and the car wash. |

| THAT WAS THE BEST RUN OF MY LIFE!! It was perfect weather and us girls were talking the whole time and then Coach ran with us for half of it and that was fun. and It was pretty flat which makes me happy;) Eventful day. that's for sure. |

| I'm REALLLY nervous for the meet tomorow... but I know once I'm done, I'm gonna have such a runner's high!! @.@ I just want to get the same time or better from last year to know that I've caught up from taking an 'injury' break T.T But today was the first time we ran 5 miles in the heat. I didn't take a pack with me and had a really hard time. Next time I definetly will. |

| RACE DAY!! I felt fine. but not great. I got a major bloody nose at the last mile. I went out too fast and it kinda messed me up. I will get a waaaay better time next time. This Saturday!!@.@ I am the 6 girl on varsity including Courtney and Kenzie (since they didn't run). I WILL GET UNDER 21 MINUTES SOON!! And I sure as heck am gonna be faster than Taylor and Elyse! |

| The workout went really well today! I felt better. The heat didn't get me as much. I hit the first of 2 mile repeats perfectly. I think a touch fast. But the next one was not so good. about 20 seconds slow. My watch is messed up that could be different. But I will be better everyday! |
