| Did the workout today. The first mile repeat with Dotes at a 7:49 pace and the second with BGB at a 8:13 pace. The second one was hurting more. Thursday I am taking the day off as well as Saturday and Sunday. |

| We did trails with the girls. Although it was fun, it wasn't the best run. I felt very discouraged and my leg hurt as well. I need to end this bugger for once....T.T |

| It might not have been 4 miles but it was about 45 minutes with Doty, Kate, and Rachel. The injured clan....-.- I iced after ward. I don't really ever ice because my father said there isn't any long term effects. But it's stressed sooo much so, I guess I will. I feel better today. |

| Did the workout today! 2 mile tempo run on the track with 400s in betweens(fast/surge-slow...etc). It's kind of confusing...^^; I felt soooo good. Like 95% good!!! I stuck with Bgb basically the whole time but i also went a little faster. I WANT the take state for XC. |

| Went on a rainy trail run today with the girls and Coach Thatcher. It was downhill for awhile. I make do. I was careful and even had to walk....:/ not cos I hurt, Because I didn't want to stress it. I felt really good today too!! Like 90-95%. I think I'll use percentages from now on... I don't think I will run tomorrow at the meet. I will support and help as much as I can. Just to be fresh for Thursday. |

| I didn't run yesterday. I wasn't sure if i would be able to today, so in PE I asked my teacher if I could just run. She let me. So I ran 4 miles. -.- I got the massage from Corey today. It was painful but I feel really good. Hopefully I will run pain free from now on. |

| 3 miles before the meet today with the team. I felt really good!! and the 1 mile after the mile. I also felt good!:D I ook an icebath afterwards at the school for 10 minutes......it was.....cold. too cold. But it was worth it. I still feel good:) My goal is to run at the meet next week. I wish I was going to Richfiel but...:/ |
