| Today I ran with My cousin and he continually told me I was kicking his "butt". He's a wrestler and I'm trying to convince him to join XC where he lives in Cali. He ran a half marathon so he can do it. I think I've converted him to trail running. Oh yeah B-). We beat the sun before it came out from the cloud cover. :) |

| This morning I ran 6 with the team. I ran 2 miles bear feet and I felt good but I need to take it step by step with bear foot running. Then i ran 3 miles in the afternoon with Courtney and then we went to weights at Thatchers. Good day. |

| 6 and a half miles doing 2 1-mile repeats. It was hard. I'm not used to going fast. Then 3 miles in the dreadful heat. I think I have trouble breathing because I am breathing way to hard. Odd. My back feels alot better. |

| Long run today at the most awesome trail ever!! I couldn't keep up with the A group because they were going like 8 minute miles. Which is not fun... I went like 9 minute miles mostly. I have such a hard time breathing in elevation. Also just running I feel like I can't breath that well. I guess I'll figure it out. My back still hurts so I don't think running doubles today is a good idea... |

| We had to do 3 500m hill repeats. I could only do 1 and it was 1 minute off. I still don't feel good at all. I jogged the rest. I got my blood taken yesterday and my iron is barely normal so I'm taking iron now. But that's not the problem. I'm not allowed to take ibuprofen anymore because it might be messing with my system. We think I have a virus. :(((((( |

| This was a fun race. My first mile was 7:20 which felt comfortable uncomforatble but then after 2 and a half miles I started to die. I felt really sick the last 2 miles. 47 is a good time though! Considering I don't train for a 10k and I've never run one before. It was under 50 so I'm happy.

| We ran up the whole Webb hill today. It was fun and quad-burning. I ran the whole time but it was pretty slow. like 10:30-11:30 pace. Which isn't too bad for that type of hill. Next time I'll be faster!! |

| I FELT LIKE A MILLION BUCKS TODAY!! So my first mile repeat was pretty fast I think it was a 6:50 with a 6:50 to 7:10 pace. oops. I definetly felt it on the next one but kept a consistent 7:10-7:20 pace. I am excited to continue to get faster. |
