So I had a zero yesterday because I went and hiked the Narrows in Zion. We hiked about 9-10 miles in the river. My ankle was a little sore but felt better today. The workout was tough and I was only 7 seconds off my pace(2:10). We did 500m hill repeats(x4). I didn't run yesterday so I ran 3 miles after I did weights at the gym today. I'm really excited for the 10 mile run tomorrow and the car wash. |
