| I really need to start logging my miles now that I'm semi-repaired. Had a fun 24 hours with Rachel this weekend ^^; We ran 5.5 miles(60 min) at the BLM with Court, although she had to turn around early. Then walked home for 15 min. She wasn't Russian today! My leg hurt a tiny bit. It was only my left leg. Which is odd because the pain switches everyday... excited to be better and kick some serious butts!! Biking tomorrow with the brosephs..... |

| I got to do my first speed workout in a few weeks. I did 1 set of 1000m and 2 200m. I stuck with Tay and right behind her the whole time. I hope I get back to where I was before my injury. "Patience is a virtue." *bangs head against table 0.o. Also I did the warmup and cool down with the team on the road for the first time. I haven't run on the road in 4 weeks. I felt good. I hurt very minutely. |

| 6 and a half(I count the warm-up XD) today on trails!! Feeling good!! My injury hurt a little bit, but it came and went a few times. The downhills were a little brutal, but I was careful. I feels good to be doing just as much as the rest of the team. Also more mileage than the 800m boys ;). Tomorrow I'm going to try to drink more water. This heat es no bueno! |

| I did my second speed workout today. We did 800m with 800m revovery, 2x400m with 400m recovery, and 4x200m with 200m recovery. I did all but the last 3 200m because I wasn't feeling too hot. I got tired and real uncomfortable REAL fast. at about the 200m mark everytime. I felt like I was trying WAY too hard to keep up with Jordan. But I DID feel better than yesterday. Afterwards my shins hurt a little so I decided to cool down on the turf. Hopefully I regain my speed before XC next year. |

| Team night today with 4 miles and 4x200m striders. I counted 5 because the warm up and everything....^^; I felt good on the road which isn't the best for my shins, but I took it easy and I felt fine!! Also I've been concentrating really hard on my form and my breathing. It's been going good! I hope to be back in the saddle fully next week and run in the next meet!! |

| I hurt a lot today. Even just walking around school. I tried running but ended up just turning around because it started to hurt. I think I won't run this weekend. I'll probably replace my run with a mountain bike ride. Hopefully I feel better by Monday. |

| I had to go on a longish run by myself and I was dreading it. I went in with a good attitude and it really paid off. Found myself by someone's backyard-ranch and got to pet the horsies. Sand runs are the best. Sand + horses + running = ❤
