Tough trail at the Thatcher's today. My legs did hurt. The doctor says I need to take more breaks for recovery or else I will never recover. I need to recover before the summer.

Did the workout today. The first mile repeat with Dotes at a 7:49 pace and the second with BGB at a 8:13 pace. The second one was hurting more. Thursday I am taking the day off as well as Saturday and Sunday.

We did trails with the girls. Although it was fun, it wasn't the best run. I felt very discouraged and my leg hurt as well. I need to end this bugger for once....T.T
