I am 16, and my coach made my life just a little bit better when he showed me this...
After a nice relaxing weekend it's felt good to go for a good workout. I ran about 4 miles and lifted weights. Everything feels better after a run.
Fast, fast 3 miles at 8:24/mi. Stayed up with the top varsity champ, Meghan, (almost) the whole way.
Easy 3 miles on a tiring day. It's just what I needed! My pace was 8:40/mi! :D
3 miles easy today with the girls! The wind wa picking up quite a bit though. 9:10/mile
