I am 16, and my coach made my life just a little bit better when he showed me this...
I ran at the gym today. At first I ran on the mill for 2 minutes, then the track for 30 minutes, then back on the mill for 10 minutes. I have no patience when it comes to running at the gym.
5 tough, fast miles with Meghan. We unconsiously pushed each other.
6 miles today for the first time in a few months on a fun trail. Stayed up with Meghan for the first 5 1/2 miles.
3 FAST, easy miles along side Meghan. averaged 8:24/mi~!
