Make my kids run like Meghans 14 children.

Run my whole life.

today we did the timed mile trial and I beat my last time. Coach said not to get to worry about it. But i think it's awesome. 6:54 baby!:D Oh yeah, then we ran 3 more miles. ^^

Track workout today doing 2 minutes fast then 2 minute slow, 3 times. 1 minutes fast, 1 minute slow, 3 times. 30 seconds fast, 30 seconds slow, 3 times. I think you get it. I felt so much better today. no stomach pains or anything:)
