I am 16, and my coach made my life just a little bit better when he showed me this...
i could only go 2 miles because my brother decided to go with me and he had problems breathing:/
Again, i could only go 2 because i went with a friend and my mother made me go 2.
My race time was 6:50. about 15 seconds slower than i know i can do. to be fair, i haven't done a speed workout or a race in quite awhile. i WIL get better though. i felt good overall.
5 miles with Stacy then a self defense class. 9:34/mi.
