I am 16, and my coach made my life just a little bit better when he showed me this...
2 mile warm up, 2 mile workout, and 1 mile cool down. what a good workout. probably one os my favorites.
Had to do 3 miles at home because of a family emergency. I ran with my little brother that says he is excited to start running cross country in high school.
1 mile warm up, 1 mile tempo pace(7:54), then 2 mile cool down. good day.
