We ran the Navajo trail. And I really hate this whole fast pace long run days. The end of the run we were hitting a 6:55 pace!!!!! That's NOT ok. It feels good but Easy days should be easy. not Uncomfortable.
I wanted to turn around at mile 1.8. But I stuck it out for the full 5. My calves are KILLING ME!!!! every step I take! and my left shin too!!!! I am falling apart, AGAIN!!!
I felt better because Rachel rolled me out after practice. I really like the new tabatta. The 30 seconds is not so good tho ^^;....My lower legs still hurt soo much!! but Less soo......
