same thing as always.. :) I had coffee and carnation instant powder with soy milk and lots of raspberries. And for lunch I ate a turkey sandwich, a peanutbutter and honey sandwhich, apple sauce, an apple, a bannana, and carrots. And then I drank 8oz of Gatorade before practice. and for dinner was a chicken sandwhich and then candy and icecream^^. My mentality got the best of me again. I should've done the whole thing with brianna but instead I Slowed down and stopped at 7 Min. Maybe next time...
