I had coffee and carnation instant powder with soy milk and lots of raspberries. And for lunch I ate a turkey sandwich, a peanubutter and honey sandwhich, apple sauce, an apple, a bannana, and carrots. And then I drank 8oz f Gatorade before practice. For dinner I have a turkey sandwhich and salad. I really need to calm the heckie down when I run. The uphills psyche me out and my mental state goes downhill... Hopefully I'll be ok next week.
