I felt great today! This morning I had coffee and carnation instant powder with soy milk and lots of raspberries. And for lunch I ate a turkey sandwich, a clif bar, apple sauce, an apple, a banna, and carrots. And then I drank 8oz f Gatorade before practice. I ran 8&1/2 lapish. Which is about what I got last time. I felt really good. I concentrated really hard on my form and my breathing. And I really like coach thatchers tabbatta. It's fun! Ad hard!! I wish we did more core. Afterwards I had a protein shake and then ate dinner which was a turkey sand which wit mustard and this Persian curry-type thing and peas. And then an apple.
