I basically have the same thing everyday eating-wise..I had coffee and carnation instant powder with soy milk and lots of raspberries. And for lunch I ate a turkey sandwich, a Peanutbutter and honey sandwhich, apple sauce, an apple, a bannana, and carrots. And then I drank 8oz f Gatorade before practice. and for dinner i had rice, chicken and peas. The run today was really fast. and nice, but mostly fast. I felt really tight afterwards. And then stretched alot!
