Again, Same thing I do everyday..I had coffee and carnation instant powder with soy milk and lots of raspberries. And for lunch I ate a turkey sandwich, apeanut butter and honey sandwhich, apple sauce, an apple, a banna, and carrots. And then I drank 8oz f Gatorade before practice. and for dinner I had a chicken sandwhich and fruit. This workout sucked. I thought it would go well but It didn't. The first 4 minutes were on pace and then I just lost it. I didn't get good sleep at all the night before and I had gone to Pilates at 6 that morning. Sleep Deprivation is not ok.
