This workout sucked. I thought it would go well but It didn&#39;t. The first 4 minutes were on pace and then I just lost it. I didn&#39;t get good sleep at all the night before and I had gone to Pilates at 6 that morning. Which is about what I got last time. I felt really good. I concentrated really hard on my form and my breathing. And I really like coach thatchers tabbatta. It&#39;s fun! Ad hard!!&nbsp;I wish we did more core. Afterwards I had a protein shake and then ate dinner which was a turkey sand which wit mustard and this&nbsp;Persian curry-type thing and peas.
