| I felt great today! This morning I had coffee and carnation instant powder with soy milk and lots of raspberries. And for lunch I ate a turkey sandwich, a clif bar, apple sauce, an apple, a banna, and carrots. And then I drank 8oz f Gatorade before practice. I ran 8&1/2 lapish. Which is about what I got last time. I felt really good. I concentrated really hard on my form and my breathing. And I really like coach thatchers tabbatta. It's fun! Ad hard!! I wish we did more core. Afterwards I had a protein shake and then ate dinner which was a turkey sand which wit mustard and this Persian curry-type thing and peas. And then an apple.

| I basically have the same thing everyday eating-wise..I had coffee and carnation instant powder with soy milk and lots of raspberries. And for lunch I ate a turkey sandwich, a Peanutbutter and honey sandwhich, apple sauce, an apple, a bannana, and carrots. And then I drank 8oz f Gatorade before practice. and for dinner i had rice, chicken and peas. The run today was really fast. and nice, but mostly fast. I felt really tight afterwards. And then stretched alot!

| Again, Same thing I do everyday..I had coffee and carnation instant powder with soy milk and lots of raspberries. And for lunch I ate a turkey sandwich, apeanut butter and honey sandwhich, apple sauce, an apple, a banna, and carrots. And then I drank 8oz f Gatorade before practice. and for dinner I had a chicken sandwhich and fruit. This workout sucked. I thought it would go well but It didn't. The first 4 minutes were on pace and then I just lost it. I didn't get good sleep at all the night before and I had gone to Pilates at 6 that morning. Sleep Deprivation is not ok.

| I had coffee and carnation instant powder with soy milk and lots of raspberries. And for lunch I ate a turkey sandwich, a peanubutter and honey sandwhich, apple sauce, an apple, a bannana, and carrots. And then I drank 8oz f Gatorade before practice. For dinner I have a turkey sandwhich and salad. I really need to calm the heckie down when I run. The uphills psyche me out and my mental state goes downhill... Hopefully I'll be ok next week.

| For breakfast I had Coffee, carnation, and a bannana. And then I ran with the Thatchers and rachie and BGB. It was alot more fun than I thought I would. I had a protien shake afterwards. Then for Lunch I made a fried egg and hummus sandwhich. and had chips and carrots and many fruits ^_^. Then for dinner I had a turkey sandwhich and a crepe and so much fruit!!
