| So we started running and then 2.5 miles in rachel and joshua said, " Let's climb this mountain!" so we did and explored up there for like 10 minutes and then went back down so we didn't run very far but I think it's the equavilent of like 5.5 mile T.T. Also tabatta ^_^;

| We ran the Navajo trail. And I really hate this whole fast pace long run days. The end of the run we were hitting a 6:55 pace!!!!! That's NOT ok. It feels good but Easy days should be easy. not Uncomfortable.

| I wanted to turn around at mile 1.8. But I stuck it out for the full 5. My calves are KILLING ME!!!! every step I take! and my left shin too!!!! I am falling apart, AGAIN!!!

| I felt better because Rachel rolled me out after practice. I really like the new tabatta. The 30 seconds is not so good tho ^^;....My lower legs still hurt soo much!! but Less soo......

| I felt great today! This morning I had coffee and carnation instant powder with soy milk and lots of raspberries. And for lunch I ate a turkey sandwich, a clif bar, apple sauce, an apple, a banna, and carrots. And then I drank 8oz f Gatorade before practice. I ran 8&1/2 lapish. Which is about what I got last time. I felt really good. I concentrated really hard on my form and my breathing. And I really like coach thatchers tabbatta. It's fun! Ad hard!! I wish we did more core. Afterwards I had a protein shake and then ate dinner which was a turkey sand which wit mustard and this Persian curry-type thing and peas. And then an apple.

| I basically have the same thing everyday eating-wise..I had coffee and carnation instant powder with soy milk and lots of raspberries. And for lunch I ate a turkey sandwich, a Peanutbutter and honey sandwhich, apple sauce, an apple, a bannana, and carrots. And then I drank 8oz f Gatorade before practice. and for dinner i had rice, chicken and peas. The run today was really fast. and nice, but mostly fast. I felt really tight afterwards. And then stretched alot!

| Again, Same thing I do everyday..I had coffee and carnation instant powder with soy milk and lots of raspberries. And for lunch I ate a turkey sandwich, apeanut butter and honey sandwhich, apple sauce, an apple, a banna, and carrots. And then I drank 8oz f Gatorade before practice. and for dinner I had a chicken sandwhich and fruit. This workout sucked. I thought it would go well but It didn't. The first 4 minutes were on pace and then I just lost it. I didn't get good sleep at all the night before and I had gone to Pilates at 6 that morning. Sleep Deprivation is not ok.

For dinner I have a turkey sandwhich and salad. I really need to calm the heckie down when I run. The uphills psyche me out and my mental state goes downhill... Hopefully I'll be ok next week.

| For breakfast I had Coffee, carnation, and a bannana. And then I ran with the Thatchers and rachie and BGB. It was alot more fun than I thought I would. I had a protien shake afterwards. Then for Lunch I made a fried egg and hummus sandwhich. and had chips and carrots and many fruits ^_^. Then for dinner I had a turkey sandwhich and a crepe and so much fruit!!

| I didn't feel good today at all. In the middle of the test, during one of the rest periods, I fell. WHich made things even worse. But I was with Brianna for most of it. I got just short of 3 laps. Short by only a few meters. And then I felt like i was going to pass out. So the 300s weren't easy...

| I went to morning practice today and I'm feeling pretty good! The trail run today was exhausting trying to keep up with everyone. I wish we would go at a comnsistent pace and not feel the need to sprint the finish. It was fun I guess.

| The mile repeats went kind askew. The first mile i was on pace and the second I hit a 7:11 instead of a 6:27. My projected time is 5:37 Which is alot faster then I thought it would be. BUTTTT, I need to qualify for state with a 5:21. I'm determined.
