Morning Practice went well. And the afternoon run went WAAAYYYY faster than it should've. By the end we were hitting 7 minute miles. woops. It's partly my fault. Oh well...

The mile repeats went kind askew. The first mile i was on pace and the second I hit a 7:11 instead of a 6:27. My projected time is 5:37 Which is alot faster then I thought it would be. BUTTTT, I need to qualify for state with a 5:21. I'm determined.

I went to morning practice today and I'm feeling pretty good! The trail run today was exhausting trying to keep up with everyone. I wish we would go at a comnsistent pace and not feel the need to sprint the finish. It was fun I guess.

I didn't feel good today at all. In the middle of the test, during one of the rest periods, I fell. WHich made things even worse. But I was with Brianna for most of it. I got just short of 3 laps. Short by only a few meters.  And then I felt like i was going to pass out. So the 300s weren't easy...
